Waste management problems are always found in all parts of Indonesia. Garbage that dominates in Indonesia is organic waste, so it often causes enviromental pollution problems. An alternative that can be done to utilize organic waste is to use Black Soldier Fly (Hermetia illucens) larvae. Organic waste used as sample is vegetable/fruit waste and rice/side dishes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the percentage of BSF larvae’s ability to reduce fruit/vegetable organic waste and rice/side dish waste. The method used in this study was Complete Randomized Design (RAL) with 2 repetitions. Analysis of the data used is Two Way ANOVA. The larvae use in this study were 350 tails wuth feeding quantity of 1,5 kg and 3kg. The results of this study indicate that the largest percentage of waste reduction by BSF larvae for waste reduction is fruit//vegetable waste with a feeding quantity of 1.5 kg. The results of the ANOVA data analysis showed that there was no interaction between the type of waste and the quantity of feeding with the percentage of waste reduction.
