This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
FOCUS AND SCOPEJurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Fisika publishes articles about the results of research in the field of physics education including:
- Learning models
- Learning methods
- Learning media
- Teaching materials
The articles published in this journal are scientifically proved, which follow the code of ethics in scientific publication. The code of ethics it self upholds three values of ethics in publications, namely, (1) Neutrality (free from conflicts of interest in public management). (2) Justice (giving the right of authorship to the beneficiary as the author). (3) Honesty (free from duplication, fabrication, falsification and plagiarism (DF2P) in the publication. The articles published also following certain procedures or orders, such as double-blind review and revision process that consistent with the journal’s regular review, to ensure that the quality is maintain properly.
- Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Fisika was first published in February 2017 with ISSN 2549-9955 (Print) and ISSN 2549-9963 (Online).
- In December 2018, the journal page from the domain moved to UNLAM to ULM (http://jtam.ulm.ac.id/index.php/jipf) . This is based on Peraturan Menteri Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 Tahun 2018 Tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Menteri Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Nomor 42 Tahun 2015 Tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Universitas Lambung Mangkurat.
- In Mei 2019, Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Fisika added several editors and reviewers outside the ULM institution (Universitas Lambung Mangkurat).
