Nusantara Architectural Materials Gallery in Jakarta emerged from local materials and craftsmanship which began to be abandoned due to the proliferation of developments that prefer to use conventional materials. This raises the potential to develop a gallery design that focuses on preserving the Nusantara Architecture. The purpose of this design is to get a design by utilizing Local Material and Craft Commercialization, Education, and Innovation united in the concept of gotong-royong Flexspace. the application of this concept with a locality method approach in the forms design, activity-programs, atmosphere and building visuals. then it can create a forum for collaboration between craftsmen and the community to help preserve the Nusantara architecture.

Facilitating children in rural areas with natural schools that introduce the environment to children to develop sensitivity to the environment from an early age. The low number of schools in Loksado Sub-District is also the background to the design of a natural elementary school in the interior of the Loksado Meratus Mountains. This is very important to facilitate the education of rural communities.

Flood is a natural disaster that can harm the environment, especially human settlements. The potential for flooding can be seen based on environmental characteristics, one of which is a swamp. Gunung Raja, Bati-Bati District, Kab. Tanah Laut is one of the residential areas that stands on swampland. Swampy land has high tide times and can potentially flood when it encounters high rainfall. Knowing the potential for flooding, we need a building that is responsive to tides. Buildings that have the potential for disaster response are educational facilities/schools, namely the Minhajussalam Islamic Boarding School. By creating a design using the Contextual Architecture method, it is hoped that this design can create a building that is responsive to sea tides and can become an emergency facility for the surrounding color in the event of a flood.

Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha (PSTW) in Banjarbaru is an alternative residence intended for neglected elderly. The neglected elderly are categorized into two types, including economically neglected and socially neglected. This affects both physical and non-physical needs. To meet their needs, Tresna Werdha social institutions provide housing and various facilities that support elderly activities. Apart from physical needs, non-physical needs are the most important thing for the elderly. To be able to interpret the non-physical aspects for the elderly, it is necessary to review using the Behavioral Architecture method. This method aims to review space elements which will then be eaten with an understanding of home by aspects of Order, identification and dialectic processes. This is still a basis to be applied to the analysis. So the need for the theory of the hierarchy of basic human needs (maslow) to translate the analysis into a concrete form (architecture) in the form of physical needs physiological.needs, safety.needs, belongingness.needs, esteem.needs and.self.actualization. The concept refers to the five aspects of Maslow's theory which is contained in the concept of function and site in the design of the Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha (PSTW) in Banjarbaru.

This journal discusses the planning and design of the North Ulin Platform Vegetable Market with a Sustainable Architecture approach. The vegetable market is an important space for social interaction on an urban scale. The market acts as a means of distribution of agricultural goods and has a strategic role in the food security of a region.

Kampung Sayur LAURA in Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan, is a government effort to increase agricultural productivity and the local economy. This area is planned as a center for the production of quality agricultural products. The Municipal Government of Banjarbaru plans to establish a Vegetable Market in Kampung Sayur LAURA to facilitate the buying and selling of agricultural commodities. However, the existing vegetable market is still not optimal in trading farmer's commodities. In addition, vegetables are often delivered through collectors, which causes price increases. Therefore, proper planning and design is needed to build the LAURA Kampung Sayur Vegetable Market.

Vegetable Market Kampung Sayur LAURA must be designed with characteristics that suit the needs of the vegetable market. In addition, infrastructure that supports the growth of the agricultural sector needs to be accommodated to meet the quality standards set by the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture.

Sustainable Architecture was chosen as the design approach for LAURA's Kampung Sayur Vegetable Market. This approach includes three pillars of design strategy, namely economic, social and environmental balance. By adopting this concept, it is hoped that the vegetable market can contribute in economic, ecological and social aspects.

The activity that was first carried out by PMI was to help victims of the Indonesian Revolutionary War of Independence and return victims of Allied and Japanese prisoners of war so that the Indonesian Red Cross has gained international recognition. The purpose of the design this time is "How to design the Muara Teweh Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) building which is able to fulfill the activities of the volunteers and their working staff by providing assistance and blood services to the people in the city of Muara Teweh which are appropriate and make rooms with adequate facilities?”. By using the concept of "Local Wisdom" by prioritizing the function of building the PMI building and using the Symbolism Method in the design.

The Honda car showroom with the application of contemporary architecture in Kuala Kapuas is a showroom building design that focuses on visual and functional aspects that aim to show the image of Honda products to consumers and meet the needs of car transportation sales facilities in Kuala Kapuas City, especially the Honda brand. This design was motivated by the lack of car transportation sales facilities in Kuala Kapuas and the tips of PT. Honda Trio Raya to continue to provide the best effort in reaching consumers, especially in the Kuala Kapuas area of Central Kalimantan. Contemporary architectural style itself is considered as an architectural style that reflects a quality and novelty, so the concept used to solve this design problem is to apply contemporary architectural principles into the design of the showroom according to the functions and needs of the Honda car showroom itself.

It is planned as a place to visit tourism and take advantage of the potential of fishing villages by improving fishing facilities. The Crocodile Riverside Tourism Area is designed to apply a RecreativeEducational approach. Contextual Architecture is defined as the process of designing a building, which takes into account the existing site conditions. The purpose of the Contemporary Architecture Design for the Tanjung Selor Hilir 2 Riverside Crocodile Tourism Area project in North Kalimantan is planned to apply the Contextual Architecture Approach.

Sports is growing every year, including takraw. In South Kalimantan, especially in Banua Anam, sepak takraw is growing. This development needs to be supported by a training center. The Banua Anam Sepak Takraw Training Center has a problem about how to design a sepak takraw training center based on a sepak takraw training program. Programmatic methods are used in design to identify problems so as to produce concepts. The concept of Functional Programming is obtained after going through identification with a programmatic method. These concepts and methods were chosen to produce a functional design based on the athlete's training program and daily activities.

Nature school is an alternative environment-based education that is currently developing in Indonesia. Natural schools are schools that use the school's natural environment as an arena for learning and interacting with the community. This helps students develop into human beings with character. Humans who are not only able to take advantage of nature, but also able to love and care for nature. Natural schools have a big vision and mission in supporting educational equity. The existence of inclusive education is one effort that is able to provide rights to children who tend to be less able in terms of many things such as economic or physical limitations.

Inclusion is a government program that has a big goal of equalizing education for all people, inclusion is a program that unites all children, including children with disabilities, in one school. Natural schools are considered to be more effective as a basis for inclusive programs because of the principles of natural schools that liberate all curiosity and interest in learning. Natural schools use nature as the main medium for real and direct learning, this is also what is expected to trigger a sense of independence in children with disabilities because the nature does not provide convenience just like that and also provides a calming effect on children and provides a pleasant atmosphere when learning and playing in same time.

Persons with disabilities are the main goal of the inclusion program, the high dropout rate has forced the government to make new policies related to education. Feelings of insecurity are the biggest cause for children with disabilities preferring to drop out of school. This problem continues to this day, so educational facilities that are comfortable for them must be put forward immediately for the sake of better equality of national education and intelligence.

Nature tourism park is a designation for landscapes that are protected through long-term planning, sustainable use and agriculture. These precious landscapes are preserved in their current state and promoted for tourism purposes. In the Bakut Island Nature Park, there are several groups of proboscis monkeys spread across the island, which are known as their natural habitat. Currently, the proboscis monkey, which is endemic to the island of Kalimantan, has received an endangered status after experiencing a population decline caused by the loss of the proboscis monkey's natural habitat. Currently, Bakut Island is one of the natural proboscis monkey conservation locations, but there is a natural tourism park that openly shows human activity at that location. This can affect the activity of proboscis monkeys in their survival. Responding to this, it is felt necessary to redesign the TWA which uses a concept that creates a relationship between humans and proboscis monkeys without directly involving the proboscis monkeys with the concept of Camouflage Architecture which hides human activity from the proboscis monkey's view and Biophilic Architecture in efforts to heal nature.

People with disabilities in Banjarmasin, particularly in the Kelayan Barat sub-district, face various challenges in their daily lives. It has been found that stigma and lack of awareness among the community regarding the needs and rights of people with disabilities have a negative impact on their lives, including affecting their independence and self-confidence to participate in society.

In order to improve their independence and self-confidence, specific guidance and support for people with disabilities are needed, aiming to foster self-reliance, confidence, and productivity, enabling them to contribute to society.

To achieve this ultimate goal, the establishment of training and mentoring centers utilizing the Universal Design method is necessary. The implementation of Universal Design in buildings can address the crucial aspect of accessibility, which is often a primary challenge faced by individuals with disabilities in carrying out their activities. Coupled with programs that enhance productivity, such as skills training and handicraft workshops, over time, self-confidence and independence can gradually be developed.

Staycation has become a trend in various circles of society after the pandemic in meeting people's holiday needs. This trend is a potential for tourism development in the Tahura Sultan Adam, Banjar Regency which is useful for increasing regional economic income. However, at this design location there are regulations in construction in order to maintain environmental ecology. Therefore, it is necessary to design an ecolodge as a tourism accommodation that maintains environmental ecology using contextual methods. The application of this method is applied to the mass arrangement and visual form of the building. So as to produce an attractive tourism design that minimizes environmental damage.

The tutoring institution design uses contemporary architectural approach in order to optimize the interactive design concept.

International surveys indicate that the literacy rate of Indonesians is among the lowest compared to other countries. This is because there are not enough reading facilities and because of the developments in electronic technologies, which provide instantaneous convenience. By offering non-formal reading facilities that are both fun and informative, a literacy park is one way to increase reading awareness among the general public. The city of Banjarmasin itself already has several libraries, one of which is in Taman Kamboja. However, the existing library in Kamboja Park has some circumstances or problems, and also rarely visited by the public. This is due to the hidden or secluded location of the library within the park, as well as the single function or limited facilities the library has offered. So the design problem is formulated as follows: How is the design of the Banjarmasin Kamboja Literacy Park, which can be a recreational space to introduce reading activities to the people of Banjarmasin City? The aim of designing the Cambodian Reading Gardens is to create an educational and recreational concept for a reading facility. The concept of Fun Reading is used to solve problems using the Flexibility Architecture Method which is deemed appropriate for realizing the design concept.

Inclusive early childhood education with universe-based learning methods is a form of learning that is easy to understand in everyday life which also has thematic learning forms so that it can stimulate children's cognitive holistically. PAUD using the Nature School method is also designed to use an architectural program approach in the process. The design includes a natural material base as a learning feature and is followed by a mass arrangement that responds to the site and activity, circulation flow, visual form of the building, color and material.

Various regions in Indonesia have various types of creative economic activities, one of which is the City of Banjarbaru. However, the development of the craft sector in Banjarbaru has not been matched by adequate facilities. The Handicraft Center in Banjarbaru is a public open space facility that is used to develop and introduce the potential of crafts, especially in the embroidery sasirangan and woven purun to the wider community. The Handicraft Center is designed with the aim of accommodating selected craft activities and attracting the interest of the general public through an approach to the built natural environment that is friendly to the users of the space as well as to the environment. To optimize the environmentally friendly context, the biophilic method is applied with the concept of natural nuances that are adapted to the activities, conditions and needs that exist at the craft center.

The design of the Coffee Shop in Banjarbaru must prioritize visitor comfort and satisfaction. This requires a calm atmosphere in the midst of busy activities in the cafe. To realize this need, it is necessary to have good spatial organization by taking into account the environment around the design area and user needs.

With a flexible space intended to accommodate students and the general public to work, communicate, cooperate, discuss, and other activities that can improve each individual's ideas, this design solution is created based on the Collaborative Coffee Shop concept.

South Kalimantan has great underwater potential, water accidents often occur in South Kalimantan and the needs for marine tourism in South Kalimantan do not coincide with the pre-existing diving facilities. Diving activities also have quite good interest but have experienced a decline and the Dive Center that has been established still has incomplete infrastructure facilities, so a complete space is needed to attract public interest in diving activities. So that the use of the concept of education and recreation for the Dive Center can become a place to practice and learn as well as introduce and develop diving activities. The aim of this design is to develop an existing Dive Center so that it is able to accommodate training and learning activities as well as being an educational and recreational facility with a functional architectural approach. It is hoped that the existence of this Dive Center can meet the needs, develop and introduce diving activities to the community.

A special building was created for blind people to exercise in the PERTUNI Banjarbaru complex area using methods that can facilitate independence, comfort and safety when exercising. A design with the concept of orientation and mobility was chosen because this concept can prioritize comfort, comfort and safety for blind people. With this concept, it is hoped to produce a plan that suits the needs of blind people in carrying out sports activities.
