KERAGAAN KOMUNITAS BIOTA PERAIRAN DI BADAN AIR PADA LUBANG SISA BUKAAN AKHIR TAMBANG BATUBARA PT ARUTMIN INDONESIA DI ATA SELATAN KECAMATAN MENTEWE KABUPATEN TANAH BUMBU

Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di badan air lubang sisa bukaan akhir tambang batubara bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan biota air pada perairan lubang sisa bukaan akhir tambang batubara (void). Pada hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai kelimpahan plankton menunjukan kesuburan perairan sedang, struktur komunitas cukup stabil, penyebaran jenis sangat merata tidak terjadi dominasi jenis. Nilai kelimpahan biota benthos menunjukan kesuburan perairan sedang, struktur komunitas tidak stabil, penyebaran jenis lebih merata, adanya dominasi jenis pada lokasi penelitian . Biota nekton kelimpahan jenis rendah, kelimpahan individu melimpah, struktur komunitas cukup stabil, penyebaran jenis sangat merata, terjadi dominasi jenis. frekuensi kemunculan makrofita tertinggi pada jenis Alternanthera philoxeroides. Pada tingkat penutupan relatif makrofita tertinggi pada jenis Learsia hexandra.
This research was carried out in the water body of the last opening of the coal mine with the aim of knowing the presence of aquatic biota in the waters of the void. The results showed that the abundance of plankton showed moderate water fertility, the community structure was quite stable, the species distribution was very even, there was no species dominance. The abundance value of benthos biota shows moderate water fertility, unstable community structure, more even distribution of species, and species dominance at the study site. Biota nekton species abundance is low, individual abundance is abundant, community structure is quite stable, species distribution is very even, species dominance occurs. the highest frequency of occurrence of macrophytes was in the Alternanthera philoxeroides species. The highest macrophyte relative cover level was in the Learsia hexaandra species.
